Were looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join Mimacoms Automation Fabric team, where we build cutting-edge digital solutions for businesses worldwide. At Mimacom, we help industries like banking, retail, and manufacturing accelerate their digital transformation. Our Automation Fabric team streamlines and automates business processes, making work faster, smarter, and more efficient. We rely on Flowable, our powerful automation platform, which combines BPMN, CMMN, and DMN for seamless process optimization with no-code, low-code, and pro-code development. Flowable also integrates AI capabilities, allowing us to deliver advanced solutions for our customers.Join our team and lets create something amazing together! What youll be doing:

• Development - You will implement customers' solutions based on the Flowable product with state-of-the-art technologies like Java/Spring Boot/Kafka/cloud technologies. Contribute to the project with your Flowable expert development knowledge based on the industry standards BPMN, CMMN, DMN and the different Flowable engines.
• Solution design - Design the overall system architecture, collaborate with your teammates and customer representatives to find the right solution for our clients, and accompany the project from start to finish line. Enable our clients to run digital processes by creating custom solutions with Flowable as the core component and help improve expertise within the company.
• Technology - You will work with innovative technologies from open-source world and a modern defined stack (Spring, Elastic, Kafka, Azure, AWS, Kubernetes and a lot more).
• Teamwork - You will work in a great team, which will consist of different persons from business analysts through architects to product developers and client teams

 What you bring:

• Experience in Software Engineering with Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript, REST
• Big plus if you have already experience with other BPM products (e.g., Camunda, Activiti, Appian others)
• Proactive, open personality with a passion for open source, new technologies and agile software development
• Ambitious and open-minded consultant who would like to make a big impact on our customers business while working with a modern product
• Experience with Machine Learning, Process Mining, or RPA (Robotic Process Automation) would be a plus.
• You are fluent in German and English.
