For their powerful team, we are looking for a Swiss-based Senior AI Engineer / Consultant to develop and deliver innovative AI solutions for their customers in the German- and French-speaking regions of Switzerland.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and deploy pragmatic AI solutions using state-of-the-art technologies, tailored to client needs and habits, to solve pressing business problems.Leverage AI solutions and client data to drive real-world impact and address critical business challenges.Work in high-performing, agile teams and play an active role throughout the project life cycle - from contributing to project proposals to designing and deploying solutions, as well as supporting business development activities.Build strong relationships with stakeholders across clients, partners and internal teams.Contribute to the companys growth by developing assets and driving initiatives that support the companys success.Requirements5+ years of experience in (Gen)AI and Data Science work with a deep understanding of Machine Learning concepts, including Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing and Computer Vision.Fluency in Python, along with experience in Git, SQL, DevOps and MLOps.Familiarity with analytics libraries, visualization tools and Big Data frameworks, e.g. NumPy, SciPy, Pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Spark.Experience designing, deploying, and scaling analytics solutions in production on cloud platforms (e.g. Azure, AWS and GCP).Experience with Docker, APIs, backend/frontend development, and microservices architectures is a big plus.Excellent written and oral communication (English and German or French is a must).Enjoying communication and building relationships with clients and teams is a plus.Willingness to travel in Switzerland and an available work permit in Switzerland.You intend to start your new job at the company within the next 3 months from your point of application.Would be a plusExperience in consulting.Experience in frontend engineering e.g. React.Experience as a full stack engineer.What you can expectWork on real-world projects with Swiss clients, using the latest AI technologies and software.Get started right away by working on client projects starting your first months at the company.As a Senior AI Engineer / Consultant, you will take a leadership role in both internal and external projects while actively building strong relationships with clients to expand into additional engagements.Be involved in shaping our internal asset and strategy - your ideas and technical skills will help move forward.Enjoy a flexible work environment where you can grow, learn, and be part of a team that is passionate about AI.
