Job Description & Summary

At PwC, our people in infrastructure focus on designing and implementing robust, secure IT systems that support business operations. They enable the smooth functioning of networks, servers, and data centres to optimise performance and minimise downtime.

In infrastructure engineering at PwC, you will focus on designing and implementing robust and scalable technology infrastructure solutions for clients. Your work will involve network architecture, server management, and cloud computing experience.

Your tasks

• You create individual dashboards and reports on requests.
• You assure the data quality of the CMDB (configuration items etc.).
• You implement workflows and service requests (scripting).
• You are responsible for the testing and documentation of your work and for the maintenance and expansion of the product catalogue.
• You conduct end-user training if required.
You support in the elaboration of the specific Swiss requirements towards the PwC global SNOW instance.

Your profile

• You have a degree in computer science (EFZ, Bachelor or similar)
• You have a bit of experience in
  a) web technologies (JavaScript, XML, DHTML etc.)
  b) in working with the ServiceNow platform
  c) in programming / scripting in the SNOW modules related to ITSM
  d) in creating / configuring forms, reports, lists, workflows, notifications etc. in ServiceNow.
• You have knowledge of ITSM processes and ITIL V4.
• You have experience in writing test plans, test scripts, test cases, and documenting test results.
• You have active problem-solving abilities.
• You are fluent in English, German and/or French is a plus.
• You are interested to work in an international and multicultural environment.
